		<description>My firm handles several financial service groups... and the FINRA update is laughable at best. 

The regulatory and legal bodies of these industries are years behind the technical and social trend happening, leaving a lot of room for abuse and misconduct. 

A good chuckle is on page 5 where they define &quot;blog&quot; with the Merriam-Webster’s Online Dictionary. 

Page 6- Third Party Posts, is also wildly off-kilter with communication happening in social media. What about spouses, kids, in-laws, friends, neighbors, etc? 

According to these rules, a firm merely has to network and make sure A LOT of educated/opinionated friends stop by to join the conversation.</description>
